Salary increase

Apply a percentage rise and optional cash to see the new salary and monthly increase.

Figures use the currency unit you enter. Defaults such as hours per week are conventions you can change. This is not UK tax, NI, pension, or minimum-wage calculation.

Result

  • New salary: £54,600.00
  • Increase: £2,600.00
  • Monthly: £216.67

Method

Hourly rate divides annual pay by total hours (regular plus overtime hours when enabled). A raise adds percent-of-salary plus optional cash, then divides by 12 for the monthly change.

Assumptions

  • You supply pay, hours, and weeks. Nothing is fetched from a wage table.
  • Overtime uses the multiplier you enter. It is not a statutory UK overtime rule.
  • Results are arithmetic only. Tax and take-home pay are out of scope.

Questions

Is this net pay?

No. It uses the gross figures you type. Deductions are not modelled.

Does 2,080 hours apply in the UK?

Only if you leave that convention. Change hours and weeks to match your contract.
